2011《觉》音乐+艺术节将从3月11日到4月3日在上海和北京两地同期举行。艺术节组织和推广机构开功(Split Works)表示，今年的《觉》将是一场“开放性音乐艺术节”。
换句话说，2011年《觉》音乐+艺术节将履行这项活动的承诺和使命，成为一个由社团推动的城市节日，以此来宣传包括音乐、表演和艺术在内的中国创意行业。
