SPLIT WORKS presents: MOONFACE CHINA TOUR

Each month this autumn, beginning with the Poet Pianist Moonface on Wednesday September 17th, experience sparkling and neoteric sounds that will reverberate around venue walls normally reserved for electric guitars and drum sets. 2014 CONTEMPORALE Series

Unfortunately, most are tragically closed for business to all but the biggest promoters, orchestras, and the beloved and ubiquitous acrobatic performances. JUE Library Now Up and Running!
[:en]The new JUE Library is officially open! Thanks to all the wonderful support from JUE | Music + Art 2014 goers, we were able to accomplish our goal of raising 20,900RMB to build a new library for the Tumen Elementary School in Hebei Province as a part of the Library Project Foundation[:zh]《觉》图书馆经过三个多月的建设，终于在6月初顺利完工。希望孩子们在学校里在知识的海洋里遨游，开发无穷的想象力和创造力，健康快乐地茁壮成长。[:]
2014 JUE NEXT GEN Photography Competition Winners Announced!
[:en]From the 7th – 23rd March JUE Festival re-booted the NEXT GEN Photography Competition, encouraging fans to submit their pics over the course of the festivities. We’re finally ready to announce the winners! [:zh]今年“《觉》新的一代”采用了全新的公开征集的方式，以Instagram和新浪微博两个网络平台征集作品，让所有参与《觉》的观众都有机会通过镜头来分享《觉》形形色色的精彩活动瞬间，报名已于3月23日截止，感谢大家的踊跃参与！经过两周的激烈评选，我们的评委终于从众多出类拔萃的作品中挑选出了最具代表性的9组作品，它们都从不同得视角表现了《觉》最独特得气质与色彩，至此也为“2014《觉》新的一代”摄影大赛“画上了一个完美的句号。[:]

JUE | Music + Art x Library Project – Thanks to Everyone Involved in its Success!
[:en]With the help and support of over 1,200 JUE goers, partners, and community, we raised 20,900RMB in 20 days to put towards building a library in Hebei at the Tumen elementary school. 115 children, grades 1-6, attend the school and now have their own JUE library featuring books, arts & crafts and more![:zh]在经历了20天的演出，近1200次捐赠之后，2014《觉》音乐＋艺术节最终筹集到的捐款金额为20,900元整！感谢大家慷慨解囊，这笔资金将被兑换成一座全新的《觉》图书馆提供给115个1-6年级的贫困学生。[:]
