Our sister company is Split Works who is one of China’s largest promoters. As a group we own festival properties (including Black Rabbit Music Festival), websites and blogs.

WHO YOU ARE:
- You are a native Chinese speaker, with advance English language abilities.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as a designer
- Ability to respond to design briefs quickly and originally
- Analytical, self motivated, confident with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Know what’s hot and what’s not
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator. Working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint or Apple’s Keynote
Prefer to also have one or more of the following:
- A background in the advertising / events / creative / marketing agencies is a bonus
- A passion for Music and or the Arts
- Working knowledge of CAD skills
- Working knowledge of HTML / CSS and javascript
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the key designer at both Split Works & Splatter, you will be responsible for building edgy, inspiring, commercially focused creative for :
– Client Campaigns
– Festivals
– Concerts
– All our other assets, eg wooozy.cn

关于你自己：
- 你需要掌握中文，并熟练使用英文。
- 至少三年以上平面设计师相关经验
- 快速并具原创性地对设计要求进行反馈
- 有条理，自我鞭策，对自己的交流和展现能力有自信
- 熟悉最新潮流趋势，具有辨识能力
- 熟练使用Adobe Creative Suite，尤其是Illustrator。对Microsoft Powerpoint或Apple Keynote有一定了解
具备以下条件更佳：
- 有广告/大型活动/创新/市场推广从业背景者加分
- 对音乐和艺术充满激情

作为Split Works和Splatter的首席平面设计师，你将为以下项目负责谋划大纲，激发灵感，创作商业性的：
– 客户宣传
– 大型音乐节
– 音乐演出
– 我们其它的部门，比如wooozy.cn
