Split Works is a music promoter and youth communication specialist based in Shanghai. We want to share our spacious light filled 170sqm warehouse office space. We are located in the heart of the French Concession – on Fuxing Xi Lu near to Yongfu Lu, you can’t beat the location.
Located on the 1st floor it has massive windows overlooking gardens and heritage houses. We are a creative agency so don’t expect anything too corporate.
Desks cost 1300 / person including a shared reception area and meeting room and all internet, bills (not phone) and ayi etc. We can accommodate 1-4 people taking individual desks.

有意者可以租下整个空间，其中有80平米的公用区域包括一个共享的接待前台和一个会议室。包括网络,除电话以外的水电花销和保洁人员，每月8000元人民币．另一种租赁方式为每人1300元，同样包括以上除电话费外花销．
