Reporting to the Managing Director, the Partnership Manager is charge with expanding our business growth through sales and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and sell our companies variety of offerings, with a focus on selling our own Entertainment IP in China and music related services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to bring his / her unique set of skills (including Keynote) to a dynamic and growing company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESIndependently seek out and manage new clients and new strategic business opportunities and partnershipsDeveloping Keynote pitch proposals with support from the teamWork towards sales and revenue goals as established in partnership with the Board. REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate loves music. They also have a strong background and demonstrated experience in sales and business development in a B2B setting, particularly working with senior level decision makers. Bachelor Degree minimum
Excellent written & oral communication skills in both Mandarin (native) and English (fluent)
Confident, resourceful, extremely organized, self motivated and able to work in high-paced environment
An entrepreneurial spirit, be resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed.
If not extremely passionate about music, then a decent knowledge of the entertainment industry
COMPENSATIONSalary for this position is highly competitive and commensurate with experience. Split United will consider candidates who are interested in either a full-time or part-time role.
